Karen Track and Fitness Club


Karen Track and Fitness Club welcome athletes of all abilities including novices to their Ngong Forest Sanctuary. The facility was set up in June 2017 and allows people from all walks of life. The Team at the Sanctuary designs programs for both beginners and inexperienced and monitors their training towards becoming progressive in Triathlons and Marathons. It is recognized as the leading revolution in Karen and its environs, thanks to one unique training approach. This approach combines the benefits of a traditional running club with a boot-camp style group workout, engaging more than just the already converted athlete. The approach is fun, has a range of themed sessions designed for speed, endurance, muscle conditioning and toning as well as weight loss.

It also includes classes in Pilates, event training and group sessions. The Ngong Forest Sanctuary has a busy social calendar with events from standard running challenges through to weekend getaways, cycle rides, triathlons and of course plenty of food and drink based adventures. An excellent place to keep your mind, body, and spirit high up.


There is an Annual Membership Fee of 1500 and there are no pre-entry level requirements.
