Mary Karamo became the overall winner of the Nyanza Ladies Open Golf Tournament that was sponsored by Eagle Insurance Brokers in the Silver category. Playing handicap 5, Karamo posted 39 Stableford points in the first nine and 40 in the second to register a total of 79 points.

Mildred Natecho followed in the 1st runners up position after managing 88 Stableford points, she was playing handicap 17 and posted 45 points in the first nine and 43 in the second.

2nd runners up was Irene Brooker who was playing handicap 17 and posted 47 Stableford points in the first nine and 42 in the second to bring a total of 89 points.

Bronze Winner was Janet Kalavo who was playing Handicap 21 and who Score 49 points in the first nine to add with the 48  that she scored in the second to bring a total of 97 Stableford Points. She was followed by 1st Runners up Ruth Kwasu who was playing Handicap 34 and Scored 49 Stableford points in the first nine and 50 in the second to bring in a total of 99 Points, 2nd Runners Up was Lyn Owino who was playing handicap  32  and who managed 54 points in the first nine and 46 in the second to bring in 100 points.

Net Winner.
The Silver winner in these category was Rosemary Obara who was playing handicap 17  and who managed 73 net points, 1st runners up was Joyce who was playing handicap 18 and scored 74 points, 2nd Runners up  was B. Shikuku who was playing handicap 16 and managed a Score of 75 points.

Bronze winner was Sajni Shah playing handicap 27 and who managed a 76 score point, 1st runner up  was Lydia Oketch playing handicap 34 and who brought in 78 points, 2nd runners up was Pop Gunson handicap 26 and who managed a Score of 83 points.

In the Mixed Foursome.
Winners were Lyn Owino and Peter Owino who Scored 34 Stableford points, the Runners up were Mildred Natecho and Prof Onyango who Scored 31 points.

In the Subsidiary Competition
The winner was Raju Bhayani who was playing handicap 13 and who managed 14 in the first nine and 19 in the second to bring in a total of 33 points, 2nd  was Joseph Obiero playing handicap 27 who managed 17 and 16 to bring a total of 33, followed by in the 3rd place Jiten Pabari playing handicap 11 who managed 16in the first nine and 15 in the second to bring a total of 31 points
