UEFA Champions League 2013-14 draw
2013 UEFA Champions League winners Bayern Munich has been pooled in group D alongside English Premier League club Manchester City in the 2013–14 season draw conducted on Thursday at Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, France.
Arsenal will have to overcome French side Marseille and last season’s finalist Borussia Dortmund and Napoli in group F. Rivals Manchester United have a relatively easier assignment against Bayer Leverkusen, Shakhtar Donetsk and former MacDonald Mariga club Real Sociedad in Group F.
Chelsea looks likely to make it from Group E which has Schalke, Basel and Steaua Bucharest.
Sumptuous encounters are expected in Group H which has giants Barcelona, AC Milan, Ajax and former Victor Wanyama club Celtic FC. Group B’s Real Madrid vs Juventus should also be a must watch.
The final will be played at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal on 24 May 2014.
